Works onsite in Calgary, AB. Work schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Mandatory in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Remote optional days are Wednesday and Thursday.

About The Role

Tiller is looking for an Art Director to shape the creative direction behind the brands, websites, and marketing creative we build for ambitious B2B SaaS companies. As Art Director, you will guide the visual and design direction across client engagements from brand identity and high‑performing websites to campaign creative and sales enablement assets. You will work closely with strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure every creative output not only looks exceptional but drives measurable business results. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will mentor designers, shape creative strategy, and ensure the highest level of quality across all design deliverables.
