The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud telephony platforms, voice technologies, conversational AI, and system integrations to deliver scalable and intelligent communication solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Telephony
Design, integrate, and maintain cloud telephony solutions using platforms such as Ozonetol, Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, Amazon Connect, or similar
Integrate telephony systems with CRMs, ticketing tools, and backend services
Monitor call quality, performance, uptime, and troubleshoot telephony issues
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of telephony infrastructure
