**What You’ll Do**

+ Assemble products from start to finish following clear work instructions
+ Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality
+ Perform quality inspections to meet company standards
+ Document your work and inspection results
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
+ Collaborate with your team to meet production goals
+ Assist with material handling (lifting up to 50 lbs)
+ Learn new skills through cross-training opportunities
