**Job Description**

This role involves working at various stations to assemble wiring and other parts for heating equipment. The tasks include working with very small parts and require a strong attention to detail due to their repetitive nature. Employees will sit for most of their shift, rotate duties, and cross-train in different areas to enhance their skills. Most of the parts assembled are for heating equipment used in fast-food chains and restaurants, but the portfolio of customers is diverse with custom orders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Measure and cut wire to specifications.
+ Utilize kits to assemble products.
+ Add protective coating around electric terminals.
+ Fill casings with cement.
+ Handle very small parts with strong attention to detail.
+ Meet performance metrics after 1-2 months of training.
