Role Description
Job Summary
:To learn and perform basic electronic and/or mechanical assembly tasks such as mini tubes, extended assemblies, etc. following specific work instructions while under direct supervision. These tasks are completed by utilizing binding materials, potting powder and small hand tools while working under a microscope to assemble the three basic training part types of well-defined nature.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete required training and work closely with experienced operators to develop job proficiency.
Read, interpret, and follow method sheets, blueprints, and standard work instructions.
Perform assembly operations with minimal supervision while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications and proper component fit.
