Assembler

Techniche Global is supporting an international Oil & Gas engineering company in the appointment of Assemblers at their manufacturing facility in Stonehouse.

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

12-month contract position.
Working hours: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities of the Assembler:

Read and interpret assembly drawings, procedures and follow written and oral instructions.
Identify components and use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, operate assembly equipment and tools,
Accurately assemble oilfield completion products and tool assemblies
Test assembled products and tool assemblies
Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with products and assemblies
Create labour records for all transactions in the relevant business system
