Asset Control & Deployment Manager

The Role:The Asset Control Manager is our first operational hire and one of the most critical roles in the founding team.This person owns everything on the vehicle side of the business – from procurement and insurance to delivery and day‐to‐day partner coordination.In the early months, they also serve as the primary account manager for our fleet operator partners, ensuring vehicles are performing, partners are supported, and operational data flows back into the business.As the team grows, the account management function will transition to the Operation Manager, allowing this role to deepen focus on the asset side.Responsibilities:Vehicle Procurement & LogisticsManage the end‐to‐end vehicle procurement process — from purchase order issuance to physical delivery to fleet partners.Coordinate with vehicle manufacturers and suppliers on delivery timelines, logistics, and registration.Ensure all vehicles are registered, insured, and equipped with telematics before deployment.Track the veh...
