Role Description

We are looking for an assistant accountant who can strengthen the family office team of a multinational company.

Your responsibilities in this assistant accountant position will include:
Support the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
Process payments and ensure accuracy of information.
Review and reconcile bank statements, and other financial records.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and management reports.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Communicate with various stakeholders as necessary (located mostly outside Greece).
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
Be part of the Family Office team and collaborate well with all team members.
