Role Description

We are looking
 for someone who:

At least 5 years of engineering management experience in high-star hotels and 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.

Excellent team management, communication and coordination abilities, with the capability to lead the engineering team efficiently.

Strong budget control and cost awareness, and proficiency in the engineering procurement process.

Mastery of the operating principles, maintenance and troubleshooting of various hotel facilities and equipment.

Familiarity with national and local engineering safety and environmental protection regulations; candidates with relevant professional certificates are preferred.
