Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Code 14 Driver based in the City of Cape Town. The Assistant Code 14 Driver will be responsible for operating trucks, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods, maintaining vehicle logs and conducting pre‑trip inspections, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries. The role will also include assisting with unloading and loading when required.

Qualifications

• Truck driving skills and possession of a valid Code 14 (CDL Class A) driver's license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in performing basic vehicle inspections and maintaining documentation
• Ability to comply with safety regulations and transport guidelines
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
