Our client in Cabo delgado is looking for Assistant Contracts Manager to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts (EPC, service, supply, and consultancy agreements).

Assist in contract negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Track contract milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support claims management, variation orders, and dispute resolution processes.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all contract-related activities.
