Assistant Controller

Description We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join a financial services organization in Tustin, California. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations, support accurate financial reporting, and help strengthen internal processes as the team continues to grow. The ideal candidate brings strong accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and experience working in environments that demand precision and regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day leadership for a small accounting team, beginning with two direct reports and expanding team oversight as business needs evolve.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules to ensure timely, accurate reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
