Assistant Director- Private Markets

Job purpose This position is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. The position will report to Associate Director, Private Markets It will offer the opportunity to work with Private Equity teams of our clients across industries (technology, fintech, retail, financial services, transportation etc.) and assist them in devising their deal sourcing, deal assessment, due diligence, portfolio monitoring and valuation activities including company/industry analysis, financial modeling (DCF, LBO), relative valuation, etc. Typical engagements would involve (but not be limited to) the following: Maintaining high quality in the below workflows by performing quality checks, providing training, mentoring and upskilling juniors: Financial spreading and valuation analysis : Creation and updation of detailed financial models including DCF, M&A, LBO Models, trading & transaction comps, valuation analysis via different techniques, through idea of ...
