Assistant Engineer (Engineering Facility)

• Oversee that all scheduled preventive maintenance are carried out to ensure smooth operation of production machines and equipment
• Resolve technical maintenance problems by recommending solutions to Senior Engineer and implementing approved solutions
• Perform machine/equipment trial run on new product requirement based on customer requirements
• Support new or existing production line set up and machine/equipment according to production requirements
• Maintain spare parts inventory level at optimal level
• Liaise with approved vendors and contractors for machine / equipment / spare parts repair works and ensure that they are properly done and verified
• Assist in preparation of yearly budgeting and monitor monthly expenses
