Role Description
Responsibilities
- Production on line support regarding on system issue/Incident reported
- Production on line support regarding on hardware failure
- Implementation and configuration regarding system
- Installation of hardware with organized
- Communicate within team member, user, and supplier
- Issue/Incident logging
- Prepare Report issue/Incident
- Provide training to user regarding system
- Provide improvement plan regarding user request/system performance related issue
- Perform any other ad-hoc duty/task assigned by Superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical
- Minimum 1 years experience in quality is required.
