***This position will be physically located in Iraq in support of LOGCAP.***
Under direct supervision of the Deputy Fire Chief, the Assistant Chief of Operations m anages the administration a fire district within the Fire and Emergency Services department.

+ Interviews, selects and places candidates into open positions within area of responsibility.
+ Evaluates staff, comparing objectives and achievements in the assessment.

+ Ensures employees are informed of and use safe work practices.
