Job Summary:

The Assistant Foam Production Manager supports the Foam Production Manager in overseeing daily operations of the foam production line, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. The role involves supervising workers, monitoring production schedules, managing raw materials, and assisting in implementing process improvements.



Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling foam production operations to meet daily targets.



Supervise foam production workers and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.



Monitor the use of raw materials and coordinate with the warehouse for timely supply.



Assist in training and coaching production staff.
