Assistant General Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with 4–8+ years of experience in real estate sales and a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring business targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

:* Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes

.* Ensure all leads are effectively worked upon and maintain a strong sales pipeline

.* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance metrics

.* Monitor and improve sales conversion rates through regular reviews and coaching

.* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners
