Our client, a well-established Canadian manufacturer in the industrial production sector, is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Operations to support and scale plant performance across a multi-department facility. This role partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational efficiency, production output, and team performance in a fast‑paced environment. The position plays a critical role in overseeing day‑to‑day plant activities while identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. The Role

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across manufacturing, finishing, warehousing, and assembly functions
