Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, internship or campus engagement, HR basic functions.
• Experience in project management, process improvement, or digitalization's initiatives will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics and internship management.
• Familiarity with campus engagement, WBL/TVET collaboration and talent pipeline building.
• Basic knowledge of L&D programme design and learning management systems
• Ability to plan and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems for process automation and knowledge management.
