Assistant Manager - Application Engineering

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ To assist the sales team in resolving technical queries and providing them with the necessary support and guidance in both enquiry and post order stage
+ Set-Monitor-Improve KPIs Metrics on Error, Productivity & Service levels.
+ To prepare techno-commercial offers that meet the customer's requirements and expectations, as well as the company's standards and policies
+ To work with Sales & Industry teams on fixing the AE Selection guidelines & alternate proposals on a project with increased complexity, lead time & cost
+ Ensure AE Selection guidelines are set and documented prior to all project’s quotations.
+ Drive MIB & New product selection opportunities in quote strategy.
+ Prepare technical/commercial quote and attend customer meets when required.
+ Act as a Trainer in conducting technical trainings to Project teams.
