Assistant Manager Business Development

This role executes country expansion strategies and builds long‑term relationships with key clients to support DKSH’s business objectives. It leads healthcare business development by identifying, shaping, and securing 3PL/4PL and distribution opportunities through strong commercial acumen, solution design, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lead business development activities to expand DKSH’s Healthcare distribution services, including identifying, qualifying, and converting business opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analyses, feasibility studies, and supply chain assessments to develop data‑driven recommendations and proposals.
• Drive end‑to‑end proposal development, including solution design, pricing, commercial modelling, cost‑to‑serve analysis, and preparation of contracts.
