Job Purpose

Lead, strategize, and manage 24/7 real-time surveillance and loss prevention operations across a nationwide footprint of 300+ retail stores. This role bridges technical engineering (CCTV/AI analytics) and operational security management to minimize shrinkage and optimize a 15-member SOC team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule a 24/7 rotating team of up to 15 SOC operators. Establish SOPs, incident playbooks, and performance KPIs.
• Tech & AI Optimization: Oversee centralized VMS platforms and deploy AI-powered CCTV analytics (footfall, loitering, facial recognition, behavior detection). Ensure 100% uptime of remote video streams,...
