Assistant Manager, Data & Analytics, IT

Responsible for designing and building data products and analytical tools that support operational and commercial decision-making across the Bunkers and Technical domains.

The role combines hands-on data engineering and analytics work with stakeholder-facing responsibilities. A strong focus remains on building scalable, practical solutions on top of Hafnia's Azure and Databricks platform, while also enabling AI-ready data foundations.

Works closely with Technical and Bunker stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into structured analytical and data models that improve how fuel, vessel performance, and cost data is accessed and used in daily operations. Acts as a bridge between local Singapore business requirements and the Denmark-based global DnA team, ensuring alignment with shared data models, standards, and architectural principles.
