Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

Policybazaar is hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Voice Process (Sales) to lead and manage B2C sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a Voice Process / B2C Sales team
• Drive team performance and achieve sales targets
• Monitor productivity, conversions, occupancy, attrition, and shrinkage
• Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance review sessions
• Ensure adherence to process and quality standards
• Track KPIs, MIS reports, and team performance metrics
• Handle team escalations and support process improvements
• Monitor operational metrics such as CSAT, AHT, SLA, and occupancy

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Voice Process / B2C Sales
• Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales is mandatory
