Ltd., one of Indias leading manufacturers of welding consumables, is looking for a driven and technically sound Assistant Manager Production to join our SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) Electrodes manufacturing division. You will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure quality benchmarks are met, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and control daily production of SMAW electrodes to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules. Supervise shop-floor teams including operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
