Role Description

Role Summary 
Support and execute site-level Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on improving productivity, reducing wastage, enhancing quality, and strengthening shop-floor discipline.
This role will work closely with the Lead / Manager – Operational Excellence and cross-functional teams to implement Lean, TPM, and performance improvement initiatives at the site. The incumbent will play a key role in deployment, tracking, and sustenance of OE tools and practices..
Resonsabilities are within Manufacturing Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
 May plan, direct and/or control some manufacturing activities within the company. Duties might involve coordinating operating activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule, within quality standards and cost objectives.
