Assistant Manager, Operations

As the Regional Operations Assistant Manager (Solar), you will be in charge of monitoring ENGIE SEA PV Solar sites. ENGIE Energy Solutions is benefiting from a significant growth in the region and the number of assets under operation is rapidly increasing. This requires an industrialized, harmonized and coordinated monitoring process and liaison with the O&M teams to ensure that ENGIE SEA commitments towards its clients and ENGIE Group are met.

• Establish and maintain robust monitoring processes for the regional Solar PV sites, including alarm systems and escalation procedures.
• Drive, oversee and follow up on corrective maintenance actions in collaboration with the O&M team: issue and monitor work orders, conduct site inspections when necessary.
• Liaise with the Asset Manager and Performance metrics team to identify improvement plans to maintain performance at the expected level.
