About The Role We are seeking a highly competent and hands-on Senior Engineer / Assistant Technical Manager to support and lead engineering operations with a strong focus on Building MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and ACMV systems. This role functions as the second-in-command to the Technical Lead with accountability for ensuring system reliability, operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving high-performance facility operations in a mission-critical environment, ensuring all engineering systems operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.
