Mandatory requirement
- Specialist – Managing: DCS systems /Visa & Documentation/Code share
- International airport operations experience - customer service (Terminal)
- Design and deliver Training (18 days a month with extensive travel travel)
- Understands world tracer and baggage management (Arrivals - International)
- Stretched goals/ excellent written and oral communication/ team player
- Stakeholder management and people skills
- Managed regulatory audits and training compliance - IOSA/DGCA
- Proficient in MS office
- Monitor and review progress of regular tasks
- Managing and ensuring the training compliance on LMS(learning management system)
