Job Description

Knownsense Studios is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects while ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, MOMs, and status updates.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address potential challenges.
• Support site visits, installations, and project handovers as required.
