Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and Review Schedule of Rates and build up Star Rates.
• Compile six monthly cost information.
• Conduct site study and condition survey.
• Verify progress payments and final accounts.
• Evaluate and verify contractor’s final claim of final payment / VOs.
• Prepare variation orders including taking-off quantities and site measurements.
• Prepare and call term contracts tenders.
• Prepare and secure tenders for QS consultancy services.
• Other duties / special assignment as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess qualifications from PSPC-recognized QS-related degrees in the discipline of Quantity Surveying, Building, Project and Facilities Management or other equivalent recognised qualifications
