Role Description

Responsibilities

Lead and support signalling & telecoms technicians to meet performance targets

Monitor asset reliability, safety, and maintenance delivery

Provide technical guidance, inspections, and fault investigations

Manage safety compliance, assurance, and non-conformance processes

Review and approve method statements and work plans

Maintain accurate engineering records and systems

Undertake staff surveillance and quality/asset checks
Essential Requirements
Strong signalling/telecoms engineering experience in rail

Knowledge of maintenance processes, standards, and safety compliance

Experience in operational railway environments

Ability to manage incidents, failures, and technical investigations

IRSE licence (signalling)

HNC/HND or equivalent
