The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, with hands‑on exposure to Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound email strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork bidding.
• Manage and optimize Upwork profiles, proposals, and client communication.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients.
• Send targeted outbound emails to generate leads.
• Understand client requirements and craft compelling proposals.
