Role Description

Job Description
Support Directors in preparing credit recommendations, including analysis of risk, deal structure, and client requirements for technology clients.
Lead due diligence and financial analysis for current and prospective clients; contribute to risk rating assessments and credit structuring.
Manage portfolio review activities, including annual reviews, interim monitoring, compliance tracking, and identification of emerging risks.
Participate in client calls, meetings, and site visits as a key member of the relationship team.
Develop and maintain financial models to support assessment of SaaS metrics, recurring revenue profiles, growth forecasts, covenant structures, and borrowing capacity.
Review credit documentation for alignment with approved terms and ensure accuracy and completeness of credit files.
