The Associate Counsel (EU) will play a key role in Unison’s core mission. We seek experienced counsel with demonstrated success in opening new European markets, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising sound judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The lawyer will report to General Counsel and interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management.
The Job:
Managing a pipeline of deals across various European markets and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
Leading efforts to open new markets, including entity setup, compliance, KYC, and creating and validating real estate transaction structures consistent with company underwriting and risk profile.
