We are looking for an Associate, Development Engineering - Packaging to support the technical development of new and improved packaging designs that deliver meaningful benefits to consumers and help us win on the store shelf.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to the development of new packaging materials and product innovations.
• Support line extensions and technology improvements for global brands.
• Research materials and components to design cost-effective, consumer-preferred packaging.
• Help advance SCJ’s sustainability goals (e.g., PCR content, recyclability).
• Conduct packaging testing, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Create and update packaging specifications and bills of materials.
• Participate in manufacturing trials and support smooth transfer of projects to production.
