Associate Director Engineering

You will play a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Defining technical strategy, leading the design and implementation of scalable data solutions, and overseeing the successful delivery of complex data engineering and analytics programs from intake through execution. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to build, optimize, and manage end-to-end data engineering workflows and modern data architectures. You will collaborate closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders, Data Operations teams, campaign and product teams, and business partners to ensure data platforms, reporting solutions, and analytical frameworks are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
