Associate Engineer, Data Development

Description and Requirements

Responsibilities：
1. Participate in the implementation and delivery of Data&AI projects, and design and implement corresponding AI solutions for different business scenarios.
2. Improve and optimize existing AI algorithms and models to improve their performance and efficiency.
3. Explore AI-ready innovation and application.
Qualification:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Skill Requirements: Familiar with machine learning and deep learning algorithms, 
3. Good programming ability, proficient in Python, and experience in AI project development is preferred.
4. Strong learning ability with a willingness to quickly grasp new tools and technologies.
5. Good communication skills and team spirit.
