Job Title : Associate for Partners Support BR/MX

Locations: São Paulo or CDMX

Hybrid: 3 times a week in the office.

Responsibilities - You will do:

• Follow-up and engage with local partners on demand to make sure that their requests are fulfilled.
• Follow-up on leads assigned by the respective PPM.
• Initial point of contact for any business-related or operational requests from the partners.
• Keep partners informed about relevant events, opportunities, releases, enablement material, programs updates, and any other initiatives from AVEVA.
• Identify and coordinate valid opportunities and requests for lighthouse engagement.
• Support local activities, including order fulfillment and marketing initiatives.
• Find and explore growth of opportunities though x-sell and upsell, as well as threats and risks that should be mitigate as soon as possible.
