Associate fundraising

The Fundraising Associate will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s
fundraising efforts with Foundations and High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This role will
support the organization’s growth by building a strong donor pipeline, managing relationships,
and ensuring high-quality communication and reporting. Working closely with the Fundraising
Manager, Project Lead, and Programme Teams, the Associate will contribute to proposal
development, donor stewardship, and fundraising operations. This role is ideal for someone
who enjoys research, relationship building, and storytelling and wants to build a career in
development and resource mobilization within the social sector.
