Our client, a downtown investment firm requires an Associate, Investor Relations to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of Investor Day and client events, including venue selection, vendor management, and full logistics coordination.
Manage client onboarding and account administration, including subscription/redemption processing, documentation (KYC, suitability, W-8BEN, etc.), account transfers, and maintenance of various account types (individual, joint, corporate, registered plans).
Provide professional servicing to new and existing clients by responding to inquiries promptly, calculating returns/fees, addressing tax questions, and proactively identifying client needs.
