About the Role:

We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to manage day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will hold a graduation or higher degree and possess strong organizational and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operational tasks.
Coordinate effectively with clients as well as internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports to track records and follow up with client to close the request.
Support senior management in operational planning and execution.

Qualifications:
Graduation or above degree from a recognized university.
