Role Description

Waterman Building Structures’ busy Bristol office is seeking to recruit a Chartered or near Chartered Engineer to the position of Associate Director to form an integral part of the Structures team.
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery and management of structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and dynamic regional office.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, inspection, and assessment of a wide range of structural materials and forms

Manage multiple projects and clients across sectors including Retail, Industrial, Residential, Telecommunications, Technology, and Leisure

Provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality project delivery across the team
