Associate Structural Engineer

You’re an Associate Structural Engineer who wants to take full ownership—of projects, teams, and client relationships. You’re already leading work, but you want a broader platform to influence delivery, shape teams, and contribute to business growth. At Stantec, you’ll join a growing Structural Engineering team in Glasgow or Edinburgh, leading complex building projects across the UK. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary environment alongside Civil, MEP, Environmental, Energy and Water teams, giving you the scope to operate beyond your discipline and play a key role in integrated project delivery.

You will lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to construction, maintaining oversight of technical quality, programme, and commercial performance.
