Our client, a data centre facilities management provider supporting mission-critical infrastructure, is inviting qualified candidates to join as an Associate Systems Engineer .

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform health monitoring of the Data Centre M&E equipment

Attend to users' request related to Data Centre Facilities Management

Assist with cabling works within the Data Centre

Monitor ticketing system and follow up on necessary actions

Pre M&E maintenance works related to Data Centre M&E equipment

Post M&E maintenance works related to Data Centre M&E equipment

Attend to user enquiry about Co-Location via Service request
