Associate Systems Engineer - Windows/Linux/Database/Virtualization

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Infrastructure & Application Support team. The selected candidate will support enterprise environments across Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware virtualization, Oracle, SQL Server, and IIS platforms. This role provides hands‑on exposure to system administration, database support, and infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for Windows and/or Linux/Unix servers.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
• Assist in managing VMware virtual machines and infrastructure.
• Support database environments (Oracle and/or SQL Server) including basic troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Administer and support IIS web servers and hosted applications.
