Associate Team Leader, Technical Analyst

Overview Working as an integral part of the Technical Analyst team the individual will lead and manage a team of Technical Analysts. The individual will assist the business with clarifying requirements and identifying alternative solutions. The individual will also be expected to interact with Global Stakeholders to drive the completion of Technical Specifications. The role will also support the development and testing teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Strategic Focus

Assist in analysing Business Requirement Documents to identify technical solutions in consultation with the Solution Consultants, Snr. Technical Analysts and Onshore Technical Analyst team lead considering all databases, application, business process and system implications.

Liaise with key Business Stakeholders to provide expertise and to help seek clarification on Business Requirements.
