2 – understand cabling used (USB, HDMI, VGA), BYOD support Macs and PCs, projectors, drivers, Teams and Zoom platforms
3 – understanding Crestron, touch panels (5 – 10 mins of training), DMPS – digital media presentation system (brains of A/V) screens, cameras, microphones, switching of display source and basic networking – VLAN is separate – no programming or reconfiguring experience needed just support)
4 – running live events – know what XLR (audio jacks) are, unplugging mic and adding mixer; microphone level and line level and speaker level – differences between all, game and volume levels
