Audit Associate

Job Description:



- Assists in gathering, organizing, and reviewing documents, reports, and records needed for operational audits.

- Conducts preliminary assessments or walkthroughs of business processes.

- Collects and analyzes operational data. Identify trends, anomalies and potential control issues.

- Ensures audit working papers and documentation are intact.

- Assists in preparation of audit findings and observations.

- Conducts spot checks and thorough audit (if necessary) and verify compliance to SOPs across operations.

- Shall participate in and conduct an independent audit of the monthly warehouse wall-to-wall inventory count to validate accuracy, ensure compliance with inventory procedures, and identify potential discrepancies.





QUALIFICATIONS:



- Major in Accountancy or Finance is preferred.

- With at least 2 years experience in Internal Audit with the same industry.
